Dr. Kanhu Panda is a Gold Medalist Pediatrician and Neonatologist based in Bhubaneswar, with a strong focus on Pediatric Critical Care and newborn health. His academic excellence, combined with years of clinical experience, makes him one of the most trusted child health specialists in Odisha.
Dr. Panda completed his MBBS from Berhampur University in 2012, winning the Gold Medal for the highest marks in the Final MBBS examination — as well as the prestigious Raja Bahadur Rama Ch Mardaraj Deo Memorial Gold Medal for Best Medical Graduate of the year. He went on to complete his MD in Pediatrics from Sambalpur University in 2018.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Panda has been actively involved in community health — conducting free health camps, appearing on health talk programmes on leading Odia TV channels, and serving as a resource person at national-level pediatric and neonatal critical care conferences. He has been recognised for his social service contributions with both the International Human Rights Community India recognition and the Manava Bandhu Samman Award.
He currently practices as Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist at Rahat Hospital, Bhubaneswar, where he provides expert child and newborn care to families across Odisha.
