Dr. Abhishek Anand is a specialist Paediatric Surgeon based in Bhubaneswar, with extensive training and clinical experience in managing complex surgical conditions in children — from newborns to adolescents.
He completed his MBBS from J.J.M. Medical College, Davanagere, Karnataka in 2013, followed by a rigorous six-year DrNB training programme in Paediatric Surgery at the Institute of Child Health, Kolkata — one of India’s premier paediatric surgical institutions. His training encompassed general surgery at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata, and advanced paediatric surgery at the Institute of Child Health, where he also served as Consultant Emergency Surgeon.
With over a decade of surgical training and practice, Dr. Anand has presented his clinical work at multiple national conferences including IAPSCON and Pesicon, and has published in international peer-reviewed journals. He has a particular interest in Paediatric Urology, renal transplant, and urological oncology — bringing sub-specialty depth to his practice.
Dr. Anand currently consults at Rahat Hospital, Bhubaneswar, offering expert surgical care for children across Odisha.
